I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms directly above a popular bar. The staff was friendly and competent, eager to assist with any issues. The location was a bit secluded, ideal for a stopover near Bristol, and the evening meal onsite was delicious. However, the breakfast service was lacking, possibly due to understaffing.

The hotel offers boutique rooms that are absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bar area was a nice stop before checking in, although the room had some noise from outside. The staff provided great service, even preparing breakfast bags for our early checkout. The location, a short drive from Bristol city center, was perfect for our needs. Dining was a bit rushed, but overall okay. The facilities were decent and offered good value for the price.
